I have been an admirer of Clyde Stubblefield. A legendary drummer. I always wanted to perform with him however since his death, there is only one way I could have that honor. I found this solo performance of his from 1968. I wrote a tune around it and through the magic of green screen and video… I call the tune “The Time Between Us” (C. Stubblefield/D. Schiff).
